The LoRIS radio transceiver system uses state of the art communications protocols and techniques giving full remote control capabilities in excess of 20km (LOS). The firing devices provide the capability for shock tube ignition, or the ability to ignite safety detectors (Group 2, Class 3) by means of its high energy firing circuit.
LoRIS unique ability to pair receivers to the transmitter of the LoRIS system allows for complete system configurability by the user for the mission in hand. This ability to pair negates the requirement to purchase paired receivers and allows for replacement and replenishment with greater with ease.
